Default Coolant flush gone wrong

I have an 02 F250 5.4 liter that I did a coolant flush on. I put everything back together and it started up just fine. I was waiting for the thermostat to open up and the coolant to circulate through the system, when the engine just cut off. She wont turn over at all now. All that happens when I turn the key is a loud click. I've tested the battery and that's not the problem. The driver's side of the engine did get a good amount of water on it. I'm assuming it's a short, but I need some expert advice. Has this happened to anyone else on here? My f250 has an automatic transmission and is a two wheel drive. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
