Default handling problem with '03F-250 King Ranch

The truck has a mind of it's own! On the Mackinaw bridge, it's impossible to keep it safe at any speed when on the steel portion...........also, and I'm sure this is related.........it doesn't self correct at all when in a corner. When you steer it in either direction it stays there without input till you correct it to straight, and then it doesn't want to track without constant correction. It's very fatiguing to travel very far due to the constant wheel work! I've had everything checked out (ball joints, tie-rod ends) and it reads correct on the alignment machine. I've put on new tires and if anything, it's slightly worse.
