Default Looking at a 990 F-250

I am looking at a 1990 F250 for sale. The price is only $500. There is a problem with the front passenger side. The owner says he was driving and got cut off and he aimed the truck towards the curb. The wheel is now towed in. This is my first truck, so I really don't know where to start on to fix it? It has been sitting for quite some while now. Well any help is appreciated, Thank you.

Best guess would be that he bent the tie rod, possibly the control arm is also bent, You're probably looking at an easy $500 in parts. You would probably be able to get the control arm from a donor truck at the bone yard. Best case scenario is that he just hit it real good and knocked out out of alignment. How bad is the wheel towed in? Is it leaning in or out at the top also?
