Nevada diesel smog weight changes?
1/Is it true that Nevada has raised the weight of diesel vehicles that are now in need of an annual smog check from 10,000lbs to 14,000lbs?
2/Does this apply to ALL years or truck, or just those manufactured after the new weight change date?
3/Do older diesels have a problem getting thro' the smog check?
