Default No heat after changing potentiometer in control panel

Have a '99 F350 that the heat wont come out. Changed the potentiometer (Cold to Hot) thinking that was the problem. Still have no heat. Heater core not leaking. Any ideas?

Check your heater hoses to see if you have heat going and coming from the heater core for starters.
