Default Oil Cooling Unit Ruptured

Took our 2005 F350 in for routine oil change and fluid check. Mechanic called to tell me the radiator was full of oil and the oil cooling unit had ruptured. Cost is $3000 plus to repair and he'll have the truck for two weeks at least while he bleeds out all of the oil that has gotten into everything.

I've never had this problem in any of our previous Ford or Chevy trucks. Does anyone have any info on this? Mechanic said the part must have been faulty. Not sure what to believe. The truck was running fine.

Default Oil Cooling Unit Ruptured

I have a 1931 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan and I was wondering what oil to use. I know that the oil has been changing and I was wondering what was the best to use. I have heard not to use 10w30, which I was using. Is it true that straight up 30 weight is the best?
