So i have a 1996 F250 5.8L 351 V8, 4x4, i want to completly replace the forword suspension. right now it is a 3 leaf, 1 shock aborbers, no lift. and i'm wondering if i can switch to a coil spring suspension system, and can a coil system work with 4x4.
