questions about tuner chips??

I got a 2005 ford f250 6.0 diesel. Wanting to see if anyone has any info on these tuner chips. Looking for better gas mileage and hp. alot of different chips out there just looking for some advice....

I would go with the diablo is the best that i have seen.
