I have a 2002 F350 Super Duty with the 7.3and onlyameasly 114K miles. At lowerspeeds the engine seems to pulse like I was pumping the gas pedal but the RPM's don't really change. Under load and on the highway it runs like a champ. Maybe it just doesnt like going slow?
