I just picked up a 2002 f350 7.3 diesel dually and in the bed of the truck there is a 2" ball and 2 giant eye bolts for hooking the chains. I looked underneath the truck and found a 1" thick by roughly 12" wide plate that spans the frame rails. It is welded to the frame rails. Is this a towing package. Is this stock? You can also see it if you look at the rails through the rear wheel tubs.
