V10, 3 valve or 2 valve

V10, 3 valve or 2 valve
I have a 2004 F350 v10 4X4 3.73 crew 8' box. Do I have a 2 valve or 3 valve V10? I bought this truck with the intention of pulling a 5th wheel trailer and now I'm learning that the 2 valve V10 is a pulling dog. So do I have a 2 valve V10 and if I do what can I do to get more power out of it?
