I have a line on a good running460 out of a 1979 F-250. It has around 60,000 on a rebuild, no smoke, no noise. I have no clue what it would be worth. I PLAN on putting it in my 86 F350.

It has an automatic behind it, and my 86 has a manual trans. I figure I'll need the mounts, exhaust, and possibly the radiator. The 86 has a 351 M. What else would I need? The transmission should bolt up, right?

What about any of the electrics?

 

One thing to check for is to make sure the 460 crank is machined to accept a pilot bushing for the manual tranny......I am not really up on Fords, but I am wondering if the bellhousing is the same
