I am considering an older F350 for plowing snow were any production years better than others for durability, front end reliability etc? I can't afford new or even late used.

 

Well, if you're interested, I've got a 2004 Ford F250 Powerstroke that I just brought back from AZ for sale. It's got a solid front axle and leaf spring front suspension. I'd love to make it into a plow truck but I just don't have the time.
