1999 suburban

Can't start. spark ok, fuel delivery at test port adequate. Turns over. has compression. New wires and plugs within 15,000 miles.

are you sure that the fuel pressure is correct? How did you check it? there are several things that will keep the motor from starting....will it run on carb cleaner? thats the ultimate fuel test.
