I have a 2001 Silverado with the 4.3. I am looking for some real power up grades. I'm looking for a blower that will work. Any one know a source?

There are a lot of aftermarket items available for the 4.3. Check jegs.com or Summit.com
If you don't find what you are looking for there come by the silverado forum and ask around.

 

I know, but i saw one with a twin turbo set up that pushed over a grand at the fly wheel.

 

wow no love for the 4.3. the good news is i can smoke a kid on a bicycle as long as i getabout 2 lengths.

 

I have done lots of stuff to mine and it has helped but the reality is that we will eventually blow up our 6ers trying to get as fast as a stock z71. good luck though it is pretty cool to see just how much you can push these bastards. you might want to check with the s10 guys also.
