Default 454 rebuild question

This has probably been ask before, but here goes. I have a 1990 1 ton 4x4 Xcab with the 7.4--454 engine. Has 126K on it. Don't use oil. I have left head with a stripped exhaust manifold bolt and it is leaking exhaust bad. Sounds like crap. Should i just pull the one head and have a helicoil put in or rebiuld the entire engine while i have it this far down??? And no i'm not rolling in money. Thanks.
