A/C low side high pressure & high side low pressure

A/C low side high pressure & high side low pressure
I have high pressure on the low side and low pressure in the high side. The A/C blows cool when the truck is accelerating but hot when sitting still. I know its a matter of time before it goes completely out. I converted it to R134 a last summer and replaced the compressor, dryer. What should I start with in resolving this problem? Help...
