But I was fortunate enough to find a place that could replace the pump with a new pump, installed for the price of a new pump by itself! If you're in the Flint, MI area, Gas Tank Renu in Swartz Creek bought out the inventory of pumps made by GM in Flint. With several hundred in stock, they can install them for less than even a backyard mechanic can.
