Default lifted 2500HD

I need some help. I have a '04 lifted Silverado HD, and 31" tired. The problem is that, from the passenger side of the vehicle I hear whats sounds kinda like a bearing going bad, but not complety. I have checked my spindle, but can't find any grease coming out, like you would from a bearing going bad...The sound also increses and decreases with my driving speeds. Short of a rubbing sound, but not metal rubbing, it's hard to put into words. Well, any help would be very appreciated, Thank you...

have you checked your brake pads for wear down? those bigger tires will put more stress on the brakes.

I checked the pads first thing, but they seem to be recently replaced. I would say about 95% of life still left.
