Default Misfire at Idle

Ok, so this is a continuing problem from another post of mine. I keep fouling plugs #4 & 6. They come out somewhat oily. I replaced my valve seals with no luck. I have done a full compression check and all appears good. My latest fix involved converting the CSPI fuel "spider" over to the multi-port setup. At first fire it stumbled, but everything smoothed out and was perfect that night. The following morning the misfire came back. Same story with the plugs and all. I just swapped the plugs for new ones and instantly it's misfiring. I have checked for intake & vacuum leaks w/ none found. Now I am leaning towards the rings or valve guides... but my buddy doesn't think it should be missing that soon. Any ideas? I've checked and have full spark, but my buddy thinks I should at least warranty out my cap & rotor. If you have dealt with this any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

it came completely assembled, new relocated injectors, new reg and just all new. I replaced all of the plugs and even tried a new cap & rotor with no luck... I'm almost thinking I may have a short somewhere in the wiring... if there was an internal problem I don't think it would start missing as soon as I replaced the plugs and fired it up. I think something is either cutting out the spark or dumping fuel...

well..without scan data about all i can say is to verify..if it missed right away, make SURE the plug wires are on right...tghose 6's and 8's look a lot alike..i guess the injectors in the wrong hole are a possibility
