I have a 2004 Chevy Astro van and the doors will not lock or unlock using the door switches. The locks do activate when placing the vehicle in drive or when using the key fob. An additional sympton is that the rear door will not open at all, I assume the rear door latch is electric. Any ideas?

 

look for blown fuses..i think if the cigar liter fuse pops,they'll fail but still work with fobs

 

That was it. I replaced the cigarette lighter fuse and all is good. Thanks!
