Ok so I just finished putting a New Camshaft, Lifters, Rockers, Exhaust Rods, Push rods, Timing Kit into my pickup, i have a 1987 GMC 3/4 ton with a 427 big block in it. Well the old camshaft was skipping all the time, 4 lobes were wore to nothing, well i got her all good and running and i went for a drive today, and it started skipping again! and I am not sure why, do i need my lifters adjusted or like does anyone know what the problem might be? please help me.
