ok here is the story.I have a 1996 1500 4x4,5.7.My torque converter took a crap so i installed a B+M 2200 stall.I know it wont take off untill that rpm give or take but throughout the gears it seems like the tranny is slipping.I have a B+M electronic shift kit.This was installed prior and it shifted hard.Now it seems to slide into the gears almost like its slipping.I dont want to burn up my tranny if something is wrong.By the way its the 4l60e.If someone can give me a honest idea please do

 

check the fluid...does it smell burnt and look metallic? if so you have worn and slipping clutches
