Default 1995 Chevy k1500 overheating

Alright guys I'm on a fishing expedition here... so I have a 1995 k1500 5.7 ltr motor and in my opinion keeps wanting to over heat. That being said:
On the coolant system I've replaced waterpump (which was fried), fan clutch, have a 180 thermostat, new radiator(when I baught it sprung a leak), new temp sensor, I'm using a aftermarket temp gauge didnt trust the stock one. I've also gone as far now as to wiring a electric fan in front of the manual clutch fan believe it was exerting 3200 cfm.

Now I have 2 theories
(1) because I have a 3in BODY LIFT my fan isnt lining up correctly with the radiator.
(2) or their is a block somewhere within the inside of the motor due to special individuals running DeX-cool in the motor prior to me owning it.

So what I'm working on currently is I'm planning on using sum house hold cleaning supply called "Spic and Span" had a mechanic buddy tell me about it. Suppose to work as a flushing type system.

Ide love to know what everyone's opinion is or ideas. On our hot florida days trucks temp is running somewhere between 190-215 going down the road, 210-230/240 sitting in traffic just doesnt seem right with a 180 thermostat.

Thanks!
