51 IH Frame Swap Ideas

I have recently purchased a 1951 International Harvester complete pickup. The body is PERFECT, and just needs to be sanded and painted. What I am wanting to do is put the body on a slightly more modern 4x4 frame, and put in all the newer goodies. (Better engine, tranny, rear end, power breaks, and power steering) What would be a good truck to use as a starting point? I am thinking either an S10 or a 70s k10 frame would probably need the least amount of modification, but am uncertain. Has anyone done a swap with one of these trucks? If so what did you use? My goal is to make this a sweet truck that I can haul my boat, kayaks, or skis to the lake with, tow my ATVs in my utility trailer with, or simply do daily tasks with. I believe an S-10 frame would be able to manage those tasks. Thank you!
