94 chevy k1500. Just installed a new motor. Now my wipers have low voltage. Everytime the wipers wipe the brake light comes on the dash. The wipers don't work at an idle. Just make a buzzing sound. All ground wires are in place and checked. New circuit board in the wiper motor. Had the alternator checked. New wiper switch. If I hit the brakes with the wipers on they stop. Wtf?
