Default Best Ride For Back Sufferers

Hey gang! What is the best truck to own for the best ride down the worst roads that America has and God knows there are some terrible roads out there—some in city streets. Also what can be added to make a vehicle better for a bad back sufferer like myself who still likes to travel but can’t due to arthritis in the lower back and extremities. Thanks. GregWorks.

Honestly, if comfort is the most important issue I might look towards a full-size SUV. My folks drive a Lexus GX460 and that thing rides much more comfortable than my Silverado.

For a smooth ride on rough roads, consider trucks with good suspension systems, like the Ford F-150 or Ram 1500. They offer comfortable rides and can handle tough roads well.

To make a vehicle better for back pain, you might add a few things:

Seat Cushions: Use cushions designed for back support.
Adjustable Seats: Make sure the seats can be adjusted to your comfort.
Suspension Upgrades: Consider upgrading to a softer suspension.
Ergonomic Accessories: Look for ergonomic accessories that can support your back while driving.
It’s also a good idea to test drive the truck to see how it feels for you.
