Default 2001 Z71 procharge project

Ok so here's my situation. I have a 2001 chevy Z71 5.3l lifted 4 inches with 20 in rims and 35 in tires. I,m thinking about putting a procharger, headers, throttle body spacer, and 3 in exhaust with a super 44 flows on my truck. I,m getting a new jasper transmission put in as we speak and going to be getting my truck regeared for the big rims and tires before I do any of this other stuff to the motor. I would also like to get a custom tune. my truck has 117,xxx miles so the other question is, is it safe to do all this considering the mileage the motor already has on it. If so, Is there anything i need to beef up if i follow through wih this plan? Any advice or pointers would help out greatly. Thanks!
