I just bought a 99 Chevy z71 off Craigslist with 250,000 miles. Everything on it is in good condition except for a few cosmetics. One thing that is wrong is that when I use my blinker then turn it off the lights stop blinking but it keeps ticking. It will either stop within a few seconds or minites or it will get slower and slower and then stops. Any advice is appreciated thanks.
