does anyone know how to remove an oil pan?

Default does anyone know how to remove an oil pan?
i need to replace my oil pump and i dont want to have to jack the motor up and remove the crossmember to remove my oil pan does anyone know how to remove the pan without doing all that pain in the a$$ work?
