It says this should be my first post so here it is.
Im 38 and a life-long resident of NW Florida, not many of us left in this little town. Im an offshore crane operator in the drilling industry.
I wouldnt call myself a truck 'enthusiast', but I wont drive anything smaller than a Ford Explorer. Cars make me feel like my butts dragging the ground.
Ive owned mostly Fords since I started driving, there was a Chevrolet 4x4 back in the 90s and my wife had a Goat a few years ago, but otherwise its been F-150s until yesterday. Now Im the proud owner of a new-to-me 2011 F-250 Super Duty4x4 with a 6.2 and the previous owner did a fine job taking care of it and customizing it. Now Im trying to play catch-up and figure out all the bells and whistles. The thing is like a space ship compared to the '94 F-150 that Im moving up from- looks like half the fun is going to be the new discoveries that Im making every day.
Anyhow, that 'bout sums me up. Im sure Ill have plenty of questions for the other sections, seems like a new one pops up every time my butt hits the seat.
