got a question on my 94 1500
 

Wipers are staying on when switch is in off position any suggestions on what would cause this issue any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks Gumby.

Intermittent dial on the blinker arm

It's your motor.:cool:
A windshield wiper motor will continue to run even after you turn it off until it has reached it's parked position.
Your motor's park switch (which is located in your motor's housing) has gone faulty. Sadly, you have to replace the hole motor. :cool:
