got a question on my 94 1500

It's your motor.
A windshield wiper motor will continue to run even after you turn it off until it has reached it's parked position.
Your motor's park switch (which is located in your motor's housing) has gone faulty. Sadly, you have to replace the hole motor.

We didn't ask you, you are not the one with the problem. No one likes a troll, but even less, a copy and paste troll, who copy's and paste stuff that doesn't even make sense.
