hey whats up , my name is daniel and i have a 1989 chevy k1500 4x4 , it is a very nice ride to me of course , but right now im having problems, the fuel pump fuse keeps blowing and i just cant find what it could be, a mechanic told me it could be the relay so i replaced it, same problem, or it could be a bad wire, but don't know where to start. anyone got any suggestions or have the same problem, if you did how did you solve it?
Dont wanna spend alot on electricianist.

 

maybe the fuel pump has a short in it?

I FOUND OUT WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS IT TURNED THAT A WIRE WAS RUBBING AGAINST THE WHEEL WELL AND THE INSULATION WAS WORN OUT THIS CAUSED THE TO KEEP BLOWIN BUT THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY
