I just got my dream truck which is a 84 gmc k1500 ...has a troublesome engine..thinking about just starting fresh with a typical 350---305 now--- is 4wd...any info or places to start as far as to what i should be looking for as far as engine compatibility...whats gonna fit and be easiest sway.....has turbo 350 tranny....thinking 7--r4... and how to's or write ups on here? thanks for any help...i am picking her big butt up tomorrow after work....
