Saw the "mass exodus" while lurking @ PUTC. It is sad to see a once-thriving site just wasting away.

Yes sir! Working on my 14th year, now. Things have been rolling pretty steady for us.

What you been up to?

 

Bounced around a bit in the last year, finally landed a good gig with a large building automation company. So far so good. The last job only lasted 4 months before a mass layoff and the one before that loved to give you all the work and resposibility you can handle and then some but no extra money over the schlub who just does the minimum and leaves early everyday. It makes you regret working hard !

 

I've got a bit over 19 years at my job.

 

You must have some awesome skills to keep a guy like you around so long, can you suck start a leaf blower or ?
