Default silverado transmission

I have a 2000 silverado. When I go around a corner and let off the throttle then press on the throttle again I get a "clunk". It feels like the transmission sort of goes into neutral then hooks up again. The same thing happens at a stop sign. if I coast to an "almost stop" then accelerate it feels like the transmission wasnt staying in gear.
Also If I drive out of my garage or anywhere else then shift to reverse, the transmission takes a couple seconds to actually go into reverse. One day I started the truck in the garage and put it into reverse. Nothing happened. The truck didnt move. Then I slightly pressed on the accelerator and the the transmission slammed into reverse. I have changed the yoke on the transmission, changed the differential gears in the rearend and even removed the drive line, stuffed the transmission yoke full of grease then replaced it so as to remove any possible slack. Any help is appreciated. Don
