transmission problems

transmission problems
I have a 2001 dodge 1500 4wd auto. Had the trans rebuilt but still popped out of passing gear to neutral. Took it back to the shop. They said it is the computer control according to the obd2. Installed reman ECU.Then it would lock up at 20 to 30 miles an hr, back to the shop. They had computer re-checked by manufacturer, re-installed and shifting is not working properly, again OBD2 code trans control. Shop said they checked for shorts, how good I don't know. Any thoughts
