so as i'm sure that most of you had a chance to take a look at my previous thread about how my transmission went on my truck and that they decided to do a complete swap with a rebuilt one!

WELL... i was supposed to get it back today! i was so friggen excited to get it back, and guess what... its not working! my worst nightmare! im broke as **** as it is!

the damn thing with the new tranny wont shift out of third gear!
the computer guy took a look at it and said that its out of his expertise and that the company that remanufactured the transmission will have to take a look at it!

does anyone have a clue what this might be?

the thing starts fine. puts into gear great... but wont be go in any other gear than 3rd

thats what i told them.. and they are like... no way we checked the resistance and they said they are all good. they cant come up with any answers. i told them to go and F**K themselves today.. because i asked another mechanic shop and two other mechanics and they said that these guys are taking me for a run around. its a dirty valve that needs to be flushed and it should work!

we'll see. i have to wait till monday for the final answer.. but until then.. who knows
any other ideas? thanks again
