Default Horse power

I need a commute truck, but one that will pull a closed-in motorcycle trailer that will hold two bikes. I plan on pulling during the summer months. I see that the Nissan Frontier has 261 horse power and the Toyota has 236. Does anyone pull with either of these trucks? what would you recommend?
