Default Kenworths new engineers are out on the road. Why?

Hello there! Looks like we have something to talk about. You are welcome to comment down below.

Recently I bumped into the Kenworth article . It's about their newbie engineers walking in the shoes of truckers.
Every years or so, they have this Drive and Sleep program. A Kenworth engineer gets a CDL and personally drives a truck for some time.

Quote: "Engineers will drive out to the Gearjammer truck plaza near Yakima -- about three hours east of Kenworth’s headquarters in Kirkland, Washington. Once they arrive, engineers spend time at the truck stop and interact with drivers. They experience life on the road, talk with drivers at truck stops, and sleep in one of the bunks."

Will it impove the life of truckers or they just trying to make a really big impression? Your thoughts
