Since I've owned my 2007.5 DMax Silverado I have done my own oil changes and ran Shell Rotella T6 Synthetic.

I have a gasser but I have been using Penzoil because that's what the dealership used in it when we bought it and what they used when they serviced it. I did use Lucas motor oil one but I really couldn't tell the difference.
