I sell trucks for a dealership that specializes in lifted diesels and, frankly, I think a lot can be done to improve the dealership experience. I want to change the common stealership image and give my customers a 180 degree experience.

So, I want to hear what it would look like if you all were to create your own "bespoke" auto purchase experience. What would it look like? What do you hate dealers do now that should change? What would make it an actually enjoyable process for you? Have you had a dealership experience you actually did enjoy?
