Under Coating Season Is Approaching (WINTER)
As inspired by Poncho67 in the WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY thread Poncho just had his truck oil sprayed and has inspired me to start thinking about getting my truck oil sprayed.
I usually get my truck oil spayed every Fall to protect it from the effects of road salt = RUST. I have shopped around every year, not for the best price but for the most thorough spray.
I have tried Mr Lube if I had to give them a score out of 10 I would score them a 8 out of 10 for thoroughness
I've done Rust Check I would have to score our Rust Check franchize here in North Bay a 5 out of 10 not thorough at all. missed a lot of spots. I had to buy some rattle cans to touch up the missed spots
The search continues for the best under coating

I work at the local NAPA store part time....We sell a non drip undercoating product, not sure the name. That is what the guy used on mine as he buys from us. He uses that for the frame/floor areas and uses a runnier oilier stuff to do in the doors etc.....so he tells me, I wasnt there at the time. Looks like he did a good job.

That's got to be so convenient being a part time NAPA employee.
I'm sure if I was, I would be using the products I sold. That way I could give an honest feed back and sales pitch to my customers.
Have you ever used the NAPA Non Drip Undercoating Product before, or is this the first year you've tried it?
