The family is currently on the south beach... so I'm stuck eating most of that food which is generally pretty healthy :P

As far as exercise goes, I play a TON of golf in the summer, and I usually walk. I also work on a golf course and live on a farm so I get my daily workout just from manual labor as well...

I'm very concerned about my diet.Morning I take juice or milk with toast,afternoon I take my good and healthy lunch and in dinner I take light food with milk.This is my complete and healthy diet.

Whats your favorite kind of music? I listen to a bit of everything minus rap...... I listen to oldies quite a bit The Beatles, Elvis Presley, The Beach Boys, etc, some Five for Fighting, some Aerosmith, a bit of The Fray... Not too much country though I have been a little more tolerant of it lately I used to hate it.. What about you?

I got up in the morning and do exercise then I will take juice or milk.After that I take my lunch and then dinner.i will take fruits in regular basis.

I regular go to gym.Then light breakfast and then I will go and do some sports and then i will take some little snacks and then again I will go for evening walk.My regular exercise keeps me healthy and fit.

I try to run a mile in the morning when it is cool outside. I try to get to the gym 3 times a week to lift some weights. Other then that I dont do much.

I do reguler exercise always have balanced diet that keep me healty and active all the time. one more thing say by.... to all junk food and soft drink. They are very harmful for body. Eat healthy and stay healty...

I do lots of exercise and have healthy foods.I don't have fried foods and give less oil while cooking.I go for jogging very morning after getting up.I get refreshed.

Exercise and discipline are the major factor to have a healthy lifestyle.I normally go to the gym 3x a week for about 2-3 hours each day.I must say i loosed weight from 165 lbs to 130 lbs.:)

Well, I try to eat healthy foods as much as I can. I don't like to go to the gym 'cause I'm get lazy on that easily. But I do sports, so I guess that's a pretty good workout for me already.

I don't think going to the gym automatically makes you healthy. I know some people who go to the gym to compensate for their bad eating habits. Even though they're not overweight, they're still putting trash and toxins into their bodies so that doesn't qualify them as healthy for me.

One should be conscious of his/her diet. Eating a well-balanced diet is a must. Talk to your doctor so he can give you a diet that is fitted for you. Aside form that, you definitely need to exercise. My form of exercise is by doing sports, which is badminton. One has to put in effort in order to stay healthy. You cannot expect to be healthy just by sitting in your couch watching tv all day. Get up and work it out! :)

For one to be able to live ah healthy living, it would require a lot of patience and determination. It ain't easy, it requires a lot of effort. As for me, I always try to eat good foods which includes fruits and vegetables. I exercise 3-4 times a weeks too. Plus, drinking lots of water!

I eat crappy foods, don't exorcise much, and generally just don't care much about my health anymore. I used to have a job that required an hour a day in the gym while on duty, but I moved to a different town and don't work there anymore.

I have a somewhat physical job and spend enough time outdoors doing active stuff that I stay in good enough shape to get done anything I need to get done.

As for "putting trash and toxins" in my body, thats basically what I live on. LOL
Not trying to be a jerk with this post, I know I'm new here.
I'm just being totally honest....Health just doesn't really matter to me.
