Has anyone ever had this issue? The rear bench seat in my 96 K1500 is stuck in the down position. Can't get it back up. This is the second time this has happened. 1st time was back in 2012. Took it to the Chevy dlr. They rplcd 3 part on it. Handle, cable & a bracket. I broke the handle the 1st time so that was rplcd along with the bracket that it was attached to. The cable is also attached to that bracket. This time the handle is not broken. I'm at a total loss. Any suggestions! Thanx in advance.
