FOR SALE IS A 1996 CHEVY 1500 PICK UP. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE AND WHAT THE VEHICLE NEEDS.

1.THE TRUCK HAS A RECENTLY REBUILT MOTOR 4.3 VORTEC. NEW PISTONS, NEW RODS, NEW CRANK, NEW OIL PUMP. I GOT $2500 IN PARTS RECEIPTS NOT INCLUDING THE LABOR AND WORK WAS DONE BY A VERY GOOD ENGINE MACHINE SHOP.

2. I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR FOR LESS THAN 1000 MILES SINCE NEW REBUILD MOTOR.

3. I HAD THE TRUCK RECENTLY PAINTED MATTE ARMY GREEN ($2500 COST ME). THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN APART FOR THIS PAINT JOB, SO REAR OF CAB, FRONT OF BED, BOTTOM OF BED AND DOOR JAMS ARE ALSO PAINTED TO MATCH. NO ONE TAKE THERE TIME OR PAYS TO DO THAT ANYMORE!!!!

4. NEW HEADLIGHTS, NEW GRILL (GLOSS BLACK|)

5. NEW TAILIGHTS INSTALLED 1 WEEK AGO

6. GLOSS BLACK ROOF WITH THE NEW PAINT JOB

7.ICE COLD AC

8. RUNS AND DRIVES BEAUTIFUL EVERYDAY

9. FRONT IS LOWERED , I haven't done the rear so you would have to lower the rear.

10. NO RUST

11. No dings and dents and this is the reason I bought the truck originally the body is in mint condition

12. engine code for an oxygen sensor is going of and I will try to have this changed soon in the next couple of day.

13. interior is all original and in very very very good condition.

14. This truck is a daily driver project I have been working on. I have invested $7k in to this truck over the last year. I just picked up another project and I no longer wish to continue with the project. The truck drives perfect, basically has a brand new motor, cold a/c, etc.



The truck needs the following to finish the look.

1. need the rear to be lowered
2. needs some nice wheels and tires
3. oxygen sensor check engine ( obd 2) needs to be looked at and fixed
4. Needs a grill emblem (some scum bag stole a custom one I had made)
5. Needs a good clean up.
6. needs a front glass due to a crack, I called it cost $150 with installation .

With the proper maintenance this truck will give you an extra 200,000 miles of life. I see these trucks go for $3500 with a 200k plus miles in the engined, beat up body work and need paint. So this is a very good deal.

Its a very solid project. Or just a good truck to haul and carry your tools and equipment

I will be doing the stuff it needs during the comings weeks but will raise the price accordingly.
