94 chevy transfer case probs

94 chevy transfer case probs
I've got a 94 chevy 2500 that seems to have a transfer case prob ,it has a manual trans.The prob is when you put it in gear the transfer case kicks out of 2 hi,does good in 4 lo and not bad in 4 hi. the transfer case was checked out and found no probs.I need help guys.
