i have a 93 chevy 4x4 5 speed 350. also have a 96 4x4 350 auto.
i am wanting to take motor and tranny out of 93 and put into the 96. i know the motor and tranny will hook up fine and also know that i need to make the 96 a manual shifting truck. but my question is will the wiring harness hook up ok or what do i need to do? the 96 obviously has a newer and better looking interior and better body. this is the main reason for me doing this.

 

Totally different harness - you will need to swap it as well. Good luck!
