Ok i need some help 03 chevy silverado. Tail lights work brake lights work. High stop light and cargo lights dont work. And dome light doesnt work. But map lights work. But as soon as you replace the fuse it blows it again. Checked wirings about headliner for short but nothing i see is wrong. What do i need to do or check????

 

Definitely try to trace the wires where they go through the firewall, sometimes they rub in places and wear through the wire insulation causing you a short.
